Senior Bioanalytical Scientist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bioanalytical Scientist to join our team at Alnylam. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bioanalytical platform technologies and experience in regulated (GLP, GCLP) bioanalysis.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing outsourced efforts to design and implement fit-for-purpose methods across various platform technologies. This includes nonclinical or clinical bioanalytical sample analysis to inform on target engagement, downstream pharmacodynamics (PD), pharmacokinetics (PK), mechanism of action, safety, and immunogenicity to advance RNAi therapeutic development.
You will also serve as a subject matter expert in the application of bioanalytical techniques (LC-MS, ELISA, MSD, PCR, cell-based assays) to support PK, PD, biomarker, or immunogenicity objectives in nonclinical or clinical studies.
A competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide scientific support for CRO efforts in the design, development, and implementation of a variety of analytical methods in a regulated environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the application of bioanalytical techniques to support PK, PD, biomarker, or immunogenicity objectives in nonclinical or clinical studies.
- Leverage depth of knowledge and hands-on experience with bioanalytical techniques to advise on assay design, method validation design, and interpretation of method performance data.
