Position Overview:
This role involves working as a key member of a technical support team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele through various hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and expectations, while staying informed about alternative architectures and industry trends.
  • Conduct interviews with clients' technical teams to gather essential information for defining architectural needs.
  • Support small to medium-scale design initiatives in conjunction with project managers.
  • Establish, articulate, and validate testing criteria for solutions within projects.
  • Develop and enhance scripts to automate and monitor client systems (e.g., Cloud Watch, OEM, Splunk).
  • Stay updated on vendor best practices regarding the integration of technologies (Linux, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud).
  • Provide insights on system performance optimization, capacity planning, and maintenance updates.
  • Create and maintain standardized templates for consistent build processes.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure service level commitments are met.
  • Plan and execute small to medium-scale modifications on production systems.
  • Evaluate the impact and risks associated with changes to production systems.
  • Install, configure, patch, and sustain relevant technologies (e.g., servers/databases/network/storage).
  • Design and assist in conducting small to medium-scale disaster recovery simulations.
  • Draft and review technical recovery strategies for systems.
  • Support the Linux team in executing significant system upgrades and related products.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Linux Server Administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Public Cloud administration (AWS, Azure, Google, OCI).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an enterprise-level operations team.
Preferred Expertise:
  • Experience with AWS Cloud.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python and Shell).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience in Splunk and OEM administration.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible/Puppet/Chef).
