Job Title: Practice Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide inspirational leadership to the team, creating a positive and professional work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Service: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and care, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the hospital's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all associates are equipped to provide exceptional care and service to our clients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our hospital meets the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Three years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare or veterinary setting, including direct supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
