- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Graduate of a State-Approved Nursing Program: Must be a graduate of a state-approved school of practical nursing.
- Current LPN License: Must hold a current, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practice.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $30.50 per hour
