Currently, we are seeking a compassionate LPN to provide ongoing care for a medically fragile child in an educational environment. Below are the specifics of this role:
Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Implementing the physician's prescribed care plan
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Promoting health and educating family members
- Accepting and documenting verbal orders from physicians, ensuring co-signature from the Case Manager
- Communicating with physicians, clients, family members, and staff regarding patient concerns and changes in condition
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Assisting patients with transportation to and from school
- Active, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification from recognized organizations
- Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation required
- Fingerprinting may be necessary
