Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled Production Assembler II to join our team. This role involves performing assembly tasks that require a solid understanding of technical operations, including wire cutting, epoxy potting, and thermistor handling. The ideal candidate will engage in various assembly processes such as coating, soldering, screen printing, and auto loading, ensuring that all products meet stringent specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assembly and testing of temperature sensors according to provided drawings and specifications.
  • Adapt to different processes as required.
  • Assist the Lead in material management, kit breakdown, training, and other related tasks.
  • Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities in various departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead and Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain a standing or seated position for extended periods.
  • Proficient in basic manufacturing processes related to thermistor production.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
  • Capable of repetitive tasks and handling weights up to 25 lbs during the work shift.

Compensation:
Competitive pay rate ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
