Business Development Director

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion for GXO Logistics. With a strong focus on strategic account management, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts
- Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and plans
- 7+ years of sales experience in the logistics industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
