Job Title: Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu InstructorJob Summary

UFC GYM Woodbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor to lead our BJJ program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the BJJ program, including coordinating classes, workshops, and events.
  • Develop and implement curriculum for BJJ classes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of BJJ instructors to support the program.
  • Collaborate with other UFC GYM departments to promote the BJJ program and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and positive training environment for members.
Requirements
  • Brown or Black Belt certification in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience teaching BJJ, preferably in a gym or fitness setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
