Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Recooty. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly quota targets
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients
  • Utilize social and digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time to meet with clients and prospects
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience selling SAP or other enterprise software consulting/implementation services
  • Proven success in the SMB space and knowledge of the enterprise software and consulting industry
  • Demonstrated quota achievement and overachievement
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience selling to line of business and IT executives
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
