IntePros Consulting is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role involves providing follow-up on open account receivables, reviewing payments for services rendered, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Review accounts receivable reports to determine outstanding balances for follow-up and perform payment disputes in a timely manner.
  • Review payments for accuracy and identify issues related to contractual compliance.
  • Complete payor projects as assigned and document all follow-up activities.
  • Perform eligibility checks, payer changes, crediting, and resubmission of claims as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining departmental cash goals.
  • Provide patient financial services functions in accordance with client, CHHC policy, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • CPC certification required.
  • Previous billing/reimbursement experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic application and computer skills.
  • Strong data entry skills.
