Key Responsibilities
  • Verify information in all loan files and update information on the computer system
  • Order documents needed to complete the files
  • Assist in the loan process by performing daily balancing, checking loans, and processing RE loans
  • Prepare Adverse Action Notices for RE loans in Mortgagebot
  • File maintenance in CSI and uploading loans to CSI
  • Packaging and shipping loans to FHLMC
  • Loan DDA account monthly balancing and HMDA monthly reporting
  • Prepare payoff statements and construct and review RE files
  • Train new employees on Daily Balancing, checking loans, packaging, and shipping and uploading loans
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Able to work in a group setting and independently
  • Good customer service skills and phone manners
  • Previous loan/banking experience preferred, but not required
