Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Office Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our dental facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with members and office employees to facilitate a timely and orderly process of serving patients.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing visit slips, and collecting fees for services rendered.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including visit slips and patient information.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient patient care and a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience in healthcare, dental care, cash handling, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional telephone and patient reception manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a dental office setting.
  • Dental office and computer skills.
