About the Role

KELLER is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team performance and achieving business objectives.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.

  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
