Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Developer to join our team at Professional Plastics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our business and territory plan, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and expand our market share in assigned territories
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calls and prospecting
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and margins
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform our business strategy
  • Manage and optimize our sales territory to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and standard office and database programs
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales role
