Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at General Dynamics. As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to network, desktop, and systems hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware and software
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in help desk or technical support
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Security+CE certification
  • PWS 9.1 certification

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 and $34.50. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
