At GardaWorld, we understand the significance of your compensation, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.

Compensation: $19.15 / hour
Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, (Full Time, 40 Hours)
Shift 2: Thursday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, (Part Time, 16 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and assess the area, providing reports on activities at your designated site.
  • Respond swiftly in critical situations.
  • Capable of drafting and interpreting detailed reports.
  • Understand when and how to enforce client protocols, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Successfully complete a thorough screening process.
  • Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possess a state license if required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
