Key Responsibilities:

  • Janitorial Duties: Responsible for the thorough cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, and communal areas. This includes maintaining floors, carpets, walls, and windows using various cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, and trash collection, as well as snow and ice removal to ensure safe access to the facility.
  • Minor Repairs: Conduct small maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, minor painting, and furniture repairs.
  • Building Security: Regularly inspect premises for safety and security, ensuring all entrances are secure and monitoring for any potential hazards.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors, maintain logs of visits, and assist with inquiries as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Actively monitor security systems and respond to emergencies, coordinating with designated personnel as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills.
