Job Title: Field Service Technician

At Glory Global Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, including coin sorters, teller cash dispensers, currency counters/wrappers, and point of sale (POS) equipment.
  • Track and manage parts and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or system downtime.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certificates in related fields, such as mechanics, electronics, automation, and data processing, are preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, especially Microsoft Office, and navigation across network sites and email communication.
  • Logical trouble-shooting skills and ability to isolate problems at PCB or component level.
  • Ability to effectively work with electric schematics, logic diagrams, mechanical drawings, AC/DC power distribution, and digital/analog circuitry.
  • Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines, such as check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters, ATM's, or copier machines, is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience, such as aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, and/or military repair experience, is preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

Work Environment:
