Senior Branch Network Management Trainee

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee to lead, manage, and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. The role requires coaching, developing, and building a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business. The successful candidate will also be able to resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will be able to identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience. The position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment and ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all related requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives
Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience
Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Requirements:
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
2+ years of leadership experience
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months, depending on location
