Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with new and prospective customers directly to evaluate their needs and preferences
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to provide world-class customer service while assisting in closing sales directly with customers
  • Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine our direct approach with customers to expand sales revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Sales Management Trainees and marketing team members

Requirements
  • Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and/or student organizations

  • Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically
  • Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines and complete tasks and projects assigned
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Versatile and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is highly desired
