Job Title: Office Manager

Abridge is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in San Francisco. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, safety, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with vendors for routine and emergency repairs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for employees and visitors.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist with onboarding and HR compliance, providing a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Support various operational projects, including event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in office management and operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and best practices in office management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
