We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist II to join our team at ISHPI Information Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our group, you will work collaboratively with customers, team members, and subject matter experts to design and deliver innovative business solutions using emerging technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve computer software and hardware problems of users, and act as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
- Act as the escalation path to resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues.
- Specialize in certain aspects of technologies to assist the customer base.
- Provide support for call overflow during peak time or reduced staff during off-peak hours.
- Accredited Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
- Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active security clearance.
