Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, fostering relationships that promote long-term business collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the entirety of the project. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities with team members; identifying and resolving issues; and ensuring adherence to all company and project policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by meeting or surpassing expectations. Stakeholders include owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Directs, organizes, and schedules the work of personnel across various corporate divisions.
  • Guarantees effective project management and operational efficiency.
  • Accountable for the profitability of assigned projects and the timely completion of work, utilizing corporate standard operating procedures to achieve these objectives.
  • Solicits, negotiates, and manages contracts, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
  • Responsible for developing the financial schedule of values as part of the overall project budget.
  • Prepares and distributes monthly payment applications.
  • Monitors all project expenses and generates monthly cost-to-complete reports.
  • Codes all project invoices appropriately.
  • Acquires and manages the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the execution of multiple projects.
  • Actively engages in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensures compliance with standard administrative operating procedures.
  • Creates, updates, and monitors construction schedules using project management software, adhering to company scheduling standards.
  • Submits all project RFIs and submittals.
  • Documents and distributes all project meeting minutes.
  • Manages and maintains all project changes by updating drawings, project management software, and creating as-built documents.
  • Oversees the project closeout process to ensure proper submission to relevant parties.
  • Trains, mentors, and inspires the Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer assigned to their projects.
