Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, fostering relationships that promote long-term business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the entirety of the project. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities with team members; identifying and resolving issues; and ensuring adherence to all company and project policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensures client satisfaction by meeting or surpassing expectations. Stakeholders include owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
- Directs, organizes, and schedules the work of personnel across various corporate divisions.
- Guarantees effective project management and operational efficiency.
- Accountable for the profitability of assigned projects and the timely completion of work, utilizing corporate standard operating procedures to achieve these objectives.
- Solicits, negotiates, and manages contracts, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
- Responsible for developing the financial schedule of values as part of the overall project budget.
- Prepares and distributes monthly payment applications.
- Monitors all project expenses and generates monthly cost-to-complete reports.
- Codes all project invoices appropriately.
- Acquires and manages the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the execution of multiple projects.
- Actively engages in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensures compliance with standard administrative operating procedures.
- Creates, updates, and monitors construction schedules using project management software, adhering to company scheduling standards.
- Submits all project RFIs and submittals.
- Documents and distributes all project meeting minutes.
- Manages and maintains all project changes by updating drawings, project management software, and creating as-built documents.
- Oversees the project closeout process to ensure proper submission to relevant parties.
- Trains, mentors, and inspires the Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer assigned to their projects.

- Objectives and their achievement will be defined by the direct supervisor or through explicit procedures and guidelines. Situations not covered by rules or procedures will be referred to the supervisor. All assignments, including task performance, will be reviewed in detail with the employee.
