Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a keen interest in revolutionizing healthcare? Materialise is seeking a dedicated Medical Marketing Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to bring fresh ideas to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the US Marketing Managers in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with Materialise USA's commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative 3D technology and tailored medical solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, corporate gatherings, and client events, ensuring all activities are in line with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Support sales and marketing collaboration by optimizing tools as directed by leadership.
  • Execute marketing projects by creating content and messaging tailored to the needs of internal stakeholders and target audiences.
  • Design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and web content, ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of advertising and promotional activities to facilitate the execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor timelines and budgets for marketing initiatives to ensure efficient execution within established parameters.
  • Establish systems to capture event leads for follow-up by the sales team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • One to two years of marketing experience is essential, with a preference for experience in public relations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with graphic design skills, is required.
  • Strong writing and copywriting abilities are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in social media management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on projects.
  • Energetic and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).

This position is hybrid, requiring regular attendance at the US headquarters. Candidates must be able to commute and be present in the office at least two full days per week.
