Operations Support Supervisor - Special Projects

Compensation: $24.00/hour

Job Overview:

The Operations Support Supervisor will oversee designated venues and facilities within the local area to securely authenticate current members and onboard new prospective members. This role is available as either full-time or part-time and will represent the organization at various professional sporting and entertainment events. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to advance in fields such as Sports Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or Technology. Our dedicated team consistently delivers exceptional experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere strictly to security protocols by following established security procedures at all venues.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication skills, engaging effectively with potential customers, travelers, and members.
  • Ensure that enrollment and verification operations are executed with the utmost security and integrity while educating attendees on the advantages of our services.
  • Promote a vibrant and innovative internal culture that inspires all team members, encouraging creativity, advancement, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Train both new and existing staff on operational procedures, customer service excellence, and sales techniques.
  • Lead daily communications and training activities, while monitoring labor and leadership metrics.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, customer feedback, and direct observations to inform decisions aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Hold team members accountable to organizational standards on-site.

  • 1-2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and uphold company standards.
  • Positive, energetic demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of leading, motivating, mentoring, and executing tasks effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-oriented environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous; training will be provided.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
