Position Overview:
  • Oversee adherence to parking policies and procedures, ensuring they align with established standards while optimizing profitability and minimizing financial risks.
  • Support the management of team members, playing a crucial role in the hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation processes across various locations.
  • Assist in planning and executing special event operations, coordinating with other Supervisors and Directors as necessary.
  • Address and resolve guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with property management, Site Manager, customers, and guests.
  • Keep the Site Manager informed of any management issues in a timely manner and work to resolve them efficiently in their absence.
  • Conduct shift briefings and team meetings to ensure effective communication and information flow.
  • Promote a safe and clean work environment by guiding team members on the proper use of equipment and resources.
  • Manage scheduling and handle call-offs as needed.
  • Perform diagnosis and preventative maintenance tasks.

  • The Parking Operations Supervisor is accountable for ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures and supporting the management of team members through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Effective communication is essential for this role, requiring constant interaction with property management, site managers, customers, and guests.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Requirement (MVR) guidelines.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Capability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within time constraints.
