About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAFe Scrum Master to join our team. You will be responsible for leading Agile teams in self-organization and self-management, developing and maintaining expertise in SAFe methodologies and tools, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Teams in self-organization and self-management to improve effectiveness within the SAFe framework.
- Develop and maintain expertise in SAFe methodologies and tools, such as Jira Software and Confluence.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Agile project management and implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of SAFe methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record of successful Agile team leadership and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:
