Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Sutter Health is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets, metrics, and ROI to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market research to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning, with the ability to manage and analyze marketing budgets.
