We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at White & Case. As a key member of our Business Development, Marketing and Knowledge Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Financial Institutions and Private Equity groups.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with senior business development teams to deliver business objectives and support client development initiatives
- Support industry, practice and client development efforts through research, analysis and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and colleagues
- Assist in the production and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements and client alerts
- Collaborate with the Firm's Creative Services and Marketing Technology teams to coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials
- Proactively work with the Firm's Communications Team to improve the profile and positioning of the group
- Graduate with relevant business development experience in a professional services firm (at least three years)
- Relevant law practice or marketing experience, or a post-graduate qualification in law, would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication and research skills, with the ability to work at all levels and write compelling business development and marketing text
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to project manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Flexible, committed and enthusiastic, with a client-focused approach and a creative and strategic mindset
