About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Enterprise Business Applications team at Providence Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the release management and operations management for our enterprise business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operations management for all applications in the EBA portfolio, including incident management, driving accountability and ownership against operational metrics, and analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and manage the deployment of enhancements and changes to our ERP, budgeting, timekeeping, and workforce management platforms to new affiliations and restructuring projects.
  • Manage updates and upgrades, planned downtime, and refresh schedules, and oversee the development and maintenance of documentation of technical infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
  • Enforce strict adherence to enterprise change control policies and procedures, and participate in 24/7 on-call activities and disaster recovery drills as needed.
  • Support functional business partners and executives, identify and assess deployment roadmaps and requirements, and effectively manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Attract, hire, train, motivate, retain, and develop a team of first-rate professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, CPA/CA, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Masters Degree (preferred) in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
  • 10 or more years closely related experience, including 10 or more years of Information Services leadership experience, 5 years working in a healthcare environment, and 3 years leadership in an IS Application environment.
