Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring that all nursing staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
