Job Summary

Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide mental health therapy services to clients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based methods and techniques.
  • Document all services rendered and deliver documentation to the Program Director on a weekly basis.
  • Attend all required Clinical Supervision and Treatment Team meetings.
  • Collaborate with ACRP Supervisors and Clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet the minimum weekly billable hour requirement based on location.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Therapist License.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the mental health or human services field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of public and private community resources.

Clearances:

  • Act 31 Clearance.
  • Pennsylvania State Police Background Check Clearance.
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
  • ChildLine Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
