About the Job:
McLean Hospital is a world leader in psychiatric care, research, and education. We are seeking an Administrative Secretary/Coord to join our team and support our clinicians in their daily work.

Key Functions:
This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, including maintaining confidentiality in hospital communications, providing front door services, answering and prioritizing telephone calls, giving directions and general information to visitors, and maintaining complete and accurate messages for unit and other healthcare personnel.

Billing and Financial Management:
You will assist with billing for all clinical services, resolve billing issues by coordinating with patient accounts, manage ECT and TMS insurance pre-authorization and ongoing authorization of insurance coverage, and communicate pertinent clinical information as needed.

Operational Support:
This position also includes preparing payroll for staff via KRONOS, resolving issues as needed, communicating payroll issues to staff, ordering routine equipment and supplies according to established stock levels and requisition procedures, assisting with processing PO orders, maintaining/reviewing budget, and working with administrative coordinator, program manager, and director to assure clinician coverage.

Requirements and Qualifications:
An associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience or 6-8 years of professional experience are required. Basic computer skills are necessary to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,500-$82,500, based on location and industry standards.
