Job Overview
The Executive Support Specialist is a vital member of the Partners Healthcare System team, providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior staff. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives and senior staff, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication with attendees.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage executive schedules, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, mail sorting, and general office tasks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, senior staff, and external stakeholders.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
