Clinical Care Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). This is an ongoing position that requires a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience and a current MA RN license.
The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. You will oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
Salary:$76,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.
