**Job Title:** Clinical Care Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at CaroMont Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital.

In this role, you will collaborate with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care. You will perform all activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines, supervising and delegating appropriate duties to ancillary personnel.

To be successful in this position, you must have a current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state compact license) and a BSN degree preferred. Recent acute care experience within the past 3 years is also preferred.
