Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Membership Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and make a significant impact on our membership programs.

About the Role

The Senior Membership Coordinator will be responsible for developing, managing, and achieving departmental goals for revenue and memberships. This includes leading our outreach and communication to both group and individual members, managing the organizational membership loyalty program(s), and collaborating across the organization to promote broad array of services, programs, and products to members and potential members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and achieve department budget and goals for revenue & memberships
  • Lead our outreach and communication to both group and individual members
  • Manage the organizational membership loyalty program(s)
  • Collaborate across the organization and work with all departments to promote broad array of services, programs, and products to members and potential members
  • Manage, develop, and train the Membership Team to provide first-class customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum eight (8) years progressive experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in sales, marketing, operations, and management
  • Experience in fiscal management of a $2+ million budget
  • Solid leadership skills with an ability to work effectively and accomplish tasks, projects, and goals through influencing others within a complex organizational structure
