The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Safety Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of our projects, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective safety programs, conducting regular site inspections, and providing training to project staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training to project staff and subcontractors on safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe execution of projects
  • Investigate incidents and develop reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field
  • 6-12 years of experience in construction safety, with a strong understanding of safety principles and regulations
  • OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation and OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and subcontractors
