Job Overview:
As a Junior Business Development Manager at PowerPay, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new market segments and partnerships. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our company goals.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• Entry-level to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, home improvement, or a related industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively with prospective clients
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
