Job Description

At Ultra Mobile, we are seeking a Wireless Account Manager to join our Sales Team. As an outside sales position, you will be accountable for all activities contributing to the success of Retail locations under your responsibility. This includes driving sales volume, managing retailer inventory levels, training, relationship building, merchandising, small business consulting, and brand advocacy in a retail environment.

You will be responsible for visiting Retailers in your assigned territory, increasing customer activations, and promoting ongoing replenishment of customers. You will also educate sales staff on service offerings, maintain relationships with store personnel, and resolve customer and retailer issues. Additionally, you will provide feedback on retailer and consumer interactions and develop business plans for your designated region.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company-paid holidays.
