Key Responsibilities:
  • Support contract negotiations and unit-cost pricing initiatives for institutional provider types
  • Perform complex analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and optimize healthcare outcomes
  • Develop and maintain financial and pricing models to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and strategic initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare economics and data analytics
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with hospital pricing and cost driver research and analytics
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment
  • Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with experience working with large data sets
