Role Overview

As a member of the Admissions Team at West Coast University, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students towards a career in healthcare. Your expertise will help them navigate the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless transition into their chosen program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and enroll qualified applicants into programs of study that align with their career objectives and academic needs.
  • Build relationships with prospective students through phone and email communications, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Prioritize the university's philosophy of truly caring about students, treating them with professionalism and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date on specific programs, program objectives, enrollment processes, requirements, and content offered by the university to make informed presentations to prospective students and other interested parties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a marketing-related environment or customer service.
  • Experience with MS Office, data entry, and multi-tasking.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
