About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience across our regional healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient experience strategies to improve satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient concerns
  • Conduct patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and education to healthcare staff on patient experience best practices
