As a Stockroom Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing on-site inventory replenishments and distributions. Your duties will encompass various stockroom activities, including:
- Receiving and organizing inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and conducting cycle counts as per client specifications.
- Executing laboratory tasks such as processing glassware, handling biological waste, and reconciling chemical inventory receipts.
- Delivering direct shipment orders to end users and performing necessary deliveries efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Utilize computer systems to adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate proactively with your supervisor regarding any customer issues or potential challenges.
- Address customer inquiries effectively within designated resolution timeframes.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications
Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
• Preferred 0-1 year of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently is essential.
