The Senior Brand Executive will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing the overarching brand strategy to elevate Good American's market visibility and stimulate growth. This position demands a forward-thinking leader with extensive expertise in branding, marketing, and consumer engagement within the fashion sector. The Senior Brand Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee brand coherence, innovation, and alignment with our fundamental principles of inclusivity and empowerment. This individual will work in tandem with the Creative Director of Marketing on aspects such as casting, content generation, and campaign rollout strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Formulation:
  • Craft and execute a detailed brand strategy that resonates with Good American's mission and vision.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to foster brand distinction and expansion.
  • Generate culturally relevant brand moments that incite significant engagement.
  • Marketing and Communications:
  • Supervise the development and implementation of cohesive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and retail.
  • Manage the influencer marketing initiative to ensure Good American's presence aligns with brand values while achieving performance objectives.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content and narratives that connect with our target demographic.
  • Product and Collaboration Initiatives:
  • Partner with the product development team to ensure brand consistency in product design and innovation.
  • Identify and oversee strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand reputation and outreach.
  • Consumer Engagement:
  • Devise and implement strategies to cultivate and sustain a loyal customer base.
  • Leverage data and analytics to comprehend consumer behavior and preferences, fostering personalized and impactful brand experiences.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate the brand and marketing team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Establish clear performance objectives and provide continuous feedback and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and oversee the brand and marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fashion and denim markets, with a commitment to inclusivity and body positivity.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role necessitates onsite presence four days a week.
