About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accountant Channel Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business, you will be responsible for developing relationships with accounting firms and their clients to sell industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Nurture Relationships: Build strong relationships with CPAs, their clients, and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
  • Close Sales and Win New Business: Utilize your sales expertise to close deals and win new business through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals.
  • Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to accountants, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Positive Self-Starter: Possess an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to follow-up on leads without fear of rejection.
  • Strategic Closer: Have an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory and relationships.
  • Proven Winner: Thrive under pressure and motivate yourself to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
