Job Overview

The Senior Automotive IoT Account Executive at T-Mobile is a highly skilled sales professional who drives connected car business relationships and revenue growth. This role involves working closely with automotive companies to implement new connected car initiatives, leveraging technical expertise to solve business problems and challenges.

This position requires a consultative and solution-selling approach, with experience in deal negotiation up to the C-level. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IoT and connected car ecosystem, as well as strong business acumen and executive presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition for T-Mobile, leveraging knowledge of connected car technology and market competition.
  • Work internally with T-Mobile teams to deliver responses to RFP/RFI inquiries, partnering with internal resources to prepare for customer-facing presentations and negotiate business deals.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-Suite level executives to support customer success and adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology, preferred.
  • 7-10 years of B2B sales experience selling technology solutions to Automotive OEMs.
  • 4-7 years of experience selling connected car, connectivity, or other wireless technology services as lead salesperson or customer-facing Solutions Sales Engineer.
  • Technical proficiency in IoT & automotive-related industries, with extensive knowledge of the IoT & connected car ecosystem.

Estimated Salary: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives
