Cope Equities, LLC is a leading development and construction company in the DFW region, seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator & Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Allen, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closings, including scheduling appointments, ordering structural warranties, and distributing documents to stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of surveys, inspections, and other critical documents.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Update MLS listings regularly to reflect changes in contracts, lot reservations, and closings.
  • Track and manage EM deposits, and fill out FHA/VA builder documents for lenders.
  • Monitor utilities on all homes, including setting up AutoPay and removing utilities from our name at closing.
  • Purchase finish materials and construction supplies for each SFR job, and update contractor bids annually.
  • Coordinate new starts, including updating SSR sheets, ordering foundation plans, and sending out signed change orders.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and update interior/exterior selection packages as needed.
  • Process invoices weekly and upload them to our portal.
