The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating service inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and working closely with various departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
This role involves providing administrative support to Customer Service/Sales, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders and transactions, maintaining customer records, providing feedback to management, answering phones, and adhering to company policies.

- General clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Phone answering and reception support

- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs

Job Requirements
Education/Experience
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years experience in Customer Service or similar role
