Senior Technical Sales Representative

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing in-depth technical knowledge to customers and prospective clients about our company's products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in targeted markets.
- Act as a technical advisor and liaison between the customer and our product and engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers and prospects.
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions using our company's products or services.
- Demonstrate the technical functionality of products through presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing technical questions, and offering post-sale technical support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with our product management and engineering teams to stay updated on new product developments and features.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create technical content, including brochures, data sheets, and white papers.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related technical support role.
- Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions or systems.
- Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
